Appendix E: Honors Trip to OKMHF Induction Ceremony, Norman

Recent OKMHF inductees, and others accepting on behalf of deceased inductees, pictured at the banquet ceremony in Norman.

The OKMHF Induction Ceremonies are currently conducted in Norman on or near Veterans Day. Activities for honors trips will include:

  • Vietnam veteran Robert Poolaw, Sr., is presented with a Hall of Fame medallion and plaque by OKMHF President Jerry Shiles (left) and fellow inductee Boyd Barclay (right) at the 2016 ceremonies in Norman.

    A noon luncheon at the hotel for Honors Campaign participants with one or more OKMHF inductees as speakers and recognition for key Honors Campaign participants.

  • Evening recognition of honors trip groups at the regular banquet and induction ceremonies.

Participation may involve more than a single community Honors Campaign group. Expenses involve travel, hotel accommodations, meals, and banquet charges.
